About

Hi, I’m Yvonne and I’m at my best when I’m helping others to thrive both personally and professionally. I’m on a mission to inspire and enable founders, individuals in transition, and young people, to perform at their best whilst ensuring that they take care of themselves.

My story

The Greek philosopher Heraclitus is credited with the idea that the only constant in life is change.

This is very true for me. I’m a former teacher, turned tech marketeer, turned entrepreneur, turned wellbeing expert, turned mum, turned solopreneur and coach. I’m not afraid to follow my dreams and believe in continuously learning to ensure that I’m better prepared for the twists and turns of life.

My career and life journey has been pretty varied with many ups and downs. Losing a parent at a young age definitely helped me understand and build resilience. Realising that our time on this earth can be short has enabled me to embrace all life has to offer, not be afraid of change or doing things a little bit differently. One common thread throughout my life has been that I love learning and I love helping people and I do this best through coaching, consulting and training.

Coaching

My approach:
As a coach, I partner with clients to define and work towards their goals. My coaching approach is based on the International Coach Federation’s (ICF) definition of coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

My coaching is centered on the belief that everyone has the innate potential to achieve their goals and my role as a coach is to help facilitate that growth journey. I do this through pure coaching bringing in tools and theory from the fields of positive psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness.

Consulting

How I work:
As a consultant, I work together with clients to define their goals and use my years of experience working in start-ups in product, marketing, strategy and organisational development roles to offer fractional support as a less risky and less costly alternative to full-time hires, which early stage start-ups often can’t afford.

In need of a consultant or fractional support? Why not book a discovery call.
